Applications for the above lands have been received by the Town of Grimsby for the following:

– Zoning Amendment; and
– Draft Plan of Condominium
– Draft Plan of Subdivision

Currently the lands are occupied by 3 single-detached houses.

211, 229, and 267 Central Avenue (Phelps)

The Town of Grimsby has received revisions to zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of vacant land condominium applications for the above lands.

The purpose of the applications is to create 93 townhouse condominium units on the subject lands, 84 of which would have frontage on a private condominium roads, and 6 of which would have frontage onto a cul-de-sac extension of Marlow Avenue. The private condominium road is proposed to have access off Central Avenue and the extended Marlow Avenue.
