Now that the kids are T-1 day from being back in school, life for many will return to “normal”…. and Town Hall is no exception with the September meeting schedule starting to fill up.  The first big meeting of the month is Tuesday’s Heritage Committee meeting.

There are a couple of items of note at the meeting including an update on the home at 133 Main Street East and reports for Century Condos downtown.  The latter includes a Heritage Impact Assessment carried out by a consultant for the developer and the Town’s own peer-review of said report.  The peer-review has some interesting conclusions for the proposed downtown condo project, as seen below:

The Heritage Advisory Committee meeting starts at 6:00 PM at Town Hall, and as always is open to the public.
