Two new Grimsby developments are having “open house” meetings on zoning as part of the Planning & Development Committee meeting tomorrow night.
Date/Time: February 28th, 2017 @ 7 PM
Location: Grimsby Town Hall
The meeting is open to the public and those in attendance are welcome to speak their thoughts.

There will be a special presentation to Town Council on the draft Consolidated Budget on Monday, February 27 at 5:00 pm at Town Hall.
The public is welcome to attend.
The Town of Grimsby contracted SGL Planning to design the framework in the Winston Neighbourhood and released it as an Urban Design Manual.

While the forthcoming OMB appeal is scheduled to be discussed in a closed session at Council, we encourage those interested to attend.
Grimsby Town Council’s decision to override their Development Committee and approve the expansion to the next phase of LJM’s Waterview Condo is being appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
