The Town will be hosting a statutory public meeting at June 19th’s Planning & Development Committee meeting to discuss proposed changes to height/density bonusing in the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law.
These changes will affect how height/density of future developments that go above the Official Plan/Zoning By-Law are assessed and managed.
As this is a statutory public meeting, there will be an open microphone for those who wish to speak to the matter, offer feedback or have questions of the proposed amendments. All comments become part of the public record and allows you to have standing in an appeal.
